The Sport Trail is a good introduction to single track riding. Most
of the 22km route is on Forestry gravel roads with 15% on single track.
The route takes approx 2 hours, it is way-marked in blue, and starts
at the visitor center. The Sport trail explores three river valleys in
the Forest. Take care when using the A470 for the short ride from
Ganllwyd to Ty'n y Groes, and when crossing the A470 at the end of the
trail to return to the center.
